Recently I was given the chance to review the Breathslim Weight loss device.
I have had weight issues forever it seems. I was the curvy girl, the one who was just a little heavier than everyone else. But I wasn’t fat until after having kids. And now after having 5 children, yep, I am fat.
I have tried just about everything too. I am the girl who is willing to try any gimmick out there looking for an easy way to lose weight. Usually with little success. I have tried most of the diet plans and everything. In the end for me, it comes down to I love food and have a very small attention span to stick with any program, even when I see results.
So a little about Breathslim. It is an all natural weight loss device, that in the simpliest terms, claims you lose weight by breathing. Yes, I said breathing, and of course there is more to it, but that is the basics.

Well, they say that it will give you more energy, better, more sound sleep, and weight loss.
No honestly I could spew the facts that I learned from the website, or the DVD that came with the product, but what you want to know… Does it work? Does breathing in this weird looking device actually do the things that they say?
Well when I started using it, I could only use it for 10 minutes at a shot. Learning to breath the way it says or if it is the resistance of the water, I am not sure, but I was out of breath, like I had worked out. So it took time to build up. I did notice in the first few days, I did have more energy, and I did sleep better. Not wonderful, not like I have heard others say, but I have serious sleep issues so any better at all is a bonus.
I used Breathslim for one month. During that month I did not change anything other than using the Breathslim. I ate the same way, and my activity level was the same too. So the million dollar question… did I lose weight.
The answer is Yes, I did. I lost 5 lbs in the month of December. not fantastic amazing results, but not many people can say that during the holidays that they lost weight without really trying. And come on, I know I was eating more sweets and junk than normal with the holidays.
Overall I think the Breathslim product works, and can work well if you stick to it and follow the instructions.
